S.Conlen Custom Builders was established in 2004 and has grown to become one of the premier builders in Southwest Michigan. Shawn Conlen, President and owner has been building and remodeling homes and businesses since 1974.
Having come from a business owner background, Shawn Conlen understands that success is achieved one client at a time. Our Staff
Our employees are among the most experienced and talented professional in the area. All S. Conlen Custom Builders, senior carpenters are required to work towards gaining their Michigan Builders’ License within the first two years of employment. S. Conlen Custom Builders provides the necessary training materials and funds for state testing that allows our skilled carpenters to earn their Michigan Builders’ License.
